High quality CAT A fit out undertaken in the centre of London’s West End including an extension to the 2nd floor rear terrace which provided additional space for prospective tenants. External alterations to the remaining terrace area were also undertaken for the sole use of the tenant.

The logistical challenges were many, including restricted access solely via the front elevation gantry scaffold which required skilled site management to coordinate all deliveries and removals whilst ensuring that this did not interfere with the busy public thoroughfare to the front of the premises. Noise was also a key issue with existing tenants working on the floors directly above and below our working area and residential accommodation to the rear of the office block. Newsletters were sent out to all of the above parties on a regular basis together with periodic touchdown meetings to agree look ahead programmes for our works and any key tenants meetings etc. This was all coordinated in conjunction with the Project Managers who acted as an intermediary.
