A project Virtus have recently completed; the project required extensive work to the upper floors with vast structural elements changed. Two additional floors have been created to provide residential use at a high level.

We experienced tight logistical constraints around the Rosebery Avenue area with a retail unit occupying the ground floor throughout the works.

High end finishes were installed throughout the 3 apartments maximizing the limited space available to make modern open plan living in the increasingly popular area of Farringdon.
