Virtus were bought in by Renta to renovate their entire 28,000 sq ft building. The challenge of the project was the existing tenants in the building. It required us to carefully phase the project by consulting our client, the landlord, the existing tenants and our own staff. By communicating effectively from the outset of the contract we were able to complete this complex refurbishment in an amazing 20 week programme.

Extra care was taken on the internal of the building to retain and enhance some of the original features.

Following our performance on this project the tenants that we looked after so well actually purchased the building from Renta Properties and are now enjoying a hugely increased yield from their new purchase.
