Le Cordon Bleu chose Virtus to construct their world leading culinary school. The London school represents their global flagship location and no expensive was spared to create an inspiring and stimulating learning environment.
The Georgian townhouse in Bloomsbury Sq. posed some unique challenges in organisation and logistics; but a collaborative approach with the client and the design team allowed the school to open on time in January to welcome the new intake of students.
Virtus oversaw the installation of 11 state-of-art teaching and production kitchens as part of the project and worked hand in hand with the catering team to ensure the installations went without problem or delay and that sufficient power was available.
