Following the successful completion of a major refurbishment of 55 Great Sutton Street the ground floor retail unit was leased to DOMUS.

DOMUS chose to negotiate the fitting out of their new flagship Clerkenwell store with Virtus as they had witnessed the quality of the build process and finished product throughout their viewings of the retail unit that forms the ground floor of 55 Great Sutton Street.

The project was a success with all parties satisfied. DOMUS were into their new home and trading ahead of schedule through Virtus’ careful programme planning and risk mitigation approach.
