The Hills Place project involved the refurbishment of the ground floor reception area, stair and lobbies, 4th and 5th floor office space and terrace area.

The reception area was revamped with new tiling to the floors and new seating area was added with the addition of a new bespoke blue velvet sofa. The walls and ceilings were given a fresh coat of paint and the dark wood panels were brought back to life making this area of the building look like new.

The lobby area and stairwell were refurbished which included decorations and a high quality new carpet installed up to the top floor which was in keeping with the character of the build.

The 4th and 5th floor we stripped back to shell and core. The doors to the terrace were replaced with Bi Folds providing further light on the 5th floor and easy access out onto the terrace area which itself had new decking installed and a new architecturally designed metal balustrade installed along with bespoke Italian benches.

All new services were installed on both floors along with bright new carpet and new black metal trunking. The walls on this floor were also given a fresh coat of paint, new SAS ceilings were installed and secondary glazing was installed to the original windows.
