WELPUT appointed Virtus to carry out the strip out and refurbishment of 3 reception areas and 6 office floors which included the refurbishment of all WC’s and installation of new finishes to the passenger lift cars.

All 3 buildings were occupied throughout the project which meant the reception areas had to be accessible at all times. The Virtus project team successfully managed the client’s expectations with good communication to ensure minimal disruption was caused to the tenants.

The specification on this project required distinctive and high quality finishes such as exposed services, black metal perimeter trunking and sandblasted brick walls giving a natural effect.
