After successfully completing Great Sutton Street, Virtus were appointed by the same client to carry out the extensive refurbishment and upward extension at 33-41 Dallington Street.

The building was part occupied throughout the duration of the project and this tested Virtus’s ability to ensure the occupants were happy and programme was not effected.

New glazing and curtain walling was installed to give the outside a fresh modern look with the internal scope of the building being taken back to the bare materials of the buildings make up with exposed services and grit blasted columns.

The external landscaping of the ground floor communal areas had new courtyard decking and paving throughout the main entrance to the building to the newly formed reception on the ground floor.
